Last night around 11:30, Cool Springs along with Iredell Rescue, Iredell County Emergency Medical Service, and North Carolina State Highway Patrol were dispatched to a traffic accident at New Salem Road and Mocksville Hwy. Upon arrival, a 2 car T-Bone style collision was found. 1 subject was transported to the hospital, the roadway was cleared, and all units quickly returned to service.
