Around 4:30 PM, Cool Springs was dispatched to a traffic accident on I-40 at the 156 mile marker. Chief 200 arrived on scene to a single vehicle accident into a tree with one subject entrapped. Within minutes, the patient was extricated and transported to the hospital. Units remained on scene for clean up and the incident was turned over the the North Carolina State Highway Patrol
