Three members of the department, Fire Chief Andy Webster, Captain Jonathan Teague and Engineer Brad McLaughlin, and Brad's son Jed who is a student at NCSU, assisted at the North Carolina Fallen Firefighters Foundation booth at the North Carolina State Fair. The Foundation assist departments and families who have lost a firefighter in the line of duty. They also maintain the Fallen Firefighters Memorial in downtown Raleigh. Our members worked the booth selling merchandise and raffle tickets that help fund the Foundation's programs.
