Cool Springs Fire responded to a wreck on Cool Springs Rd. Saturday morning October 3rd. Cool Springs Engine 3 arrived on scene with Chief 201. Chief 201 was command of the scene while Engine 3 personnel assisted with patient care and checked for fire hazards. Iredell Rescue also arrived on scene to help with patient, along with EMS for transport of the patient. One patient was transported to a local hospital and NC Highway Patrol was investigating the accident.
