Cool Springs Fire Department was dispatched with County Line Fire Department to a traffic accident on I-40 westbound. Cool Springs responded Engine 3 and Squad 1 to the scene. No one was seriously injured but the interstate was reduced to one lane due to the damage of the vehicles and debris on the roadway.
